I do look after small businesses.
I define small businesses as small traders like myself, in most cases they are probably sole traders. These would normally be businesses that have a
relatively low dependency on IT. By that I mean that if the IT fails for any reason can they keep their core business running while I get to them. A good example might be a plumber or a carpenter,
the core business keeps going without the IT. If this sounds like your business then Redfearn Computing is for you.
Businesses that have a high dependency on their IT need a support company that has more than one engineer. By high dependency I mean that everything comes to
standstill when the IT fails. If you run a business like this then you need an IT support company that has at least two engineers so there is cover for absences and holidays. Redfearn Computing
probably isn't for you.
